In Bangladesh, where agriculture is the base of the economy, though till date many of the areas where land is very fertile, but due to the unavailability of the Electric Supply Irrigation is almost impossible or very costly. To overcome this problem of the farmers we are introducing our solar water pumping system at a very affordable cost with high reliability. Solar water pumps are specially designed to lift water for irrigation, horticulture farms, gardens, domestic use, drinking and other similar applications. AC transformer less inverter system Altiver 312 pump controller has 3-phase, 400/200 output voltage and V/F Control to manage pump starting condition (Soft Start). The equipment is micro controller based and operated with software for digital control of inverter parameters, fault finding diagnostics and digital I/O signaling. In a large commercial system, the centralized architecture offers the best LCOE (Leveled Cost of Electricity). Leveraging its expertise in power conversion, low and medium, voltage protection, and SCADA and automation, B-Trac has a comprehensive, cost-effective and highly modular solution package for the balance-of-system of a PV Plant. B-Trac provides differentiated value to its customers through seamless integration of its solution bricks, country wide multi-skill services and capabilities to engineer the most complex plant-level controls. Depending on the size of the project, large commercial photovoltaic systems can be designed using a power conversion substation, like Schneider Electric’s (Technical Partner of B-Trac) PV Box, or with central inverters. B-Trac also has a range of outdoor rated UL inverters for large commercial buildings connected to LV networks.
Decentralized commercial grid-tie solar solution includes:
In a commercial rooftop photovoltaic system, multiple string inverters are connected to an AC combiner box, and then connected directly to the low voltage grid, or to the medium voltage grid via LV/MV transformer and switchgear. Using three phase string inverters, customers can benefit from faster installation and minimal system downtime due to short replacement lead time and ease of servicing. Also the optimized design approach around standard building blocks can allow customer scale project sizes up and down with ease.
Commercial Self Consumption of Solar Power:
Enabled by Priority Power Conext XW+ will prioritize the self-consumption of stored battery and PV generated power before purchasing grid power, helping business owners avoid high utility charges. XW+ will also provide for backup in areas prone to grid outages. Conext XW+ takes it one step further by enabling excess PV power to be sold using Grid Sell Coupling the PV system to the battery bank with Conext MPPT Solar Charge Controllers is the most efficient and economical method for self-consumption and for storing PV power. Both Conext XW+ and SW will also charge the battery bank from the grid if solar irradiation is insufficient. Batteries and Solar PV can be scaled up as needed. There are two main applications for Parallel Power. Grid Boosting: Conext XW+ and SW can supplement the grid input with extra power to support large loads, temporarily boosting power within a building with a limited grid supply. Conext XW+ can limit the power draw from the utility connection by adding power above a set point to support large temporary loads, helping avoid peak usage charges.
Commercial Off-Grid Solar Power Systems:
For off-grid businesses power consumption is typically heaviest during the day when PV production is highest. If there is night time consumption, PV energy must be stored for later use. AC Coupling the PV system with the Conext XW+ is a simple and cost effective method of providing power for business activities during the day. Sizing the PV system at up to two times the rated inverter/charger power allows for loads to be powered and battery charging to occur simultaneously during the day. Over production of PV energy is curtailed by Conext XW+. DC Coupling the PV system with the Conext XW+ using Conext MPPT Solar Charge controllers is also an option. Conext XW+ will provide power for the AC loads and can also charge the battery bank from diesel generator power. The off-grid diesel generator is used as backup to PV and to extend autonomy. Batteries and Solar PV can be scaled up as needed for the required autonomy. ComBox and System Control Panel are both used for monitoring and control.
Commercial Solar Backup Power Systems:
Conext XW+ integrates into the electrical system and seamlessly converts power from battery reserves to power critical loads such as pumps, security systems, refrigerators and electronics, when utility power is unavailable. Three Conext XW+ units are used to provide three-phase power. For extended power outage situations, Conext XW+ integrates with a generator to power critical loads while replenishing battery reserves.
